Welcome to ‘Tony Nijhuis Designs’, the home of model aircraft
innovation and design from the Country’s leading and most respected
model aircraft designer. With over 30 years of modeling design experience
and numerous published designs to his name.
We all tend to associate Tony Nijhuis with one model in particular, that
of the Avro Lancaster. To date he has built seven Lancasters, one of which
has the accolade of being the largest electric powered model in the world.
Tony’s designs have been featured all over the world and he continues
to design for the UK’s leading model & hobby magazine, RCM&E.
Tony
has now made his most popular
designs available to buy
on-line either as a plan
or plan pack which may include
a CNC cut wood pack or as
a complete kit (via the
Westfield
Models pick box).
As an added bonus Tony’s
build articles, which featured
in RCM&E, are now available
as .pdf downloadable documents.

button for your favorite
model). In the case of a
small number of designs,
construction photos will
also being available to
download
